The Problem of labour motivation is one of the most actual in psychology and management psychology. The labour motivation renders a great influence on activity and behaviour in the organisations, therefore it remains as well the main theme in organizational behaviour. In the works such scientists, as Z. Freud, S.L. Rubinshtejn, A.N. Leontev, Edward L. Disi and Richard gave to this question of attention M. Ruajan (internal and external motivation), H. Hechausen, A. Maslou etc. In given article the short description of known theories of labour motivation which divide on substantial (focused on the activity maintenance) and remedial (focused on process more often) is presented. In the modern literature there are integrated approaches to motivation is more often.
