Scientific-theoretical issues of investment in real estate

In the article were studied essence of investments in the real estate and specified his tools, were determined forms of profit of the real estate from investments, the reasons of attractiveness of property market for potential investors. Side by side with this, the necessity of determination of instruments of management of the real estate was reasonable, were found reasons of origin of risks of mortgage, was estimated the present state of the mortgage crediting in Azerbaijan and were identified the prospects of his development.
