The article is devoted to the most important world discoveries of the XX century. This article highlights the questions that over the course of a century an unheard of number of discoveries have been made, and generalized theories have been developed based on the accumulated experimental and analytical material. The authors of the article claim inventions of the 20th century changed humanity, turned its world upside down. Of course, development took place constantly, and each century gave us some of the greatest discoveries, but the global revolutionary inventions occurred during this period.
