The article introduces a pedagogical analysis of scientific approaches to legal resocialization of juvenile prisoners. According to the viewpoint of the author the resented approach to legal resocialization of juvenile prisoners is connected with legal education and acquiring of vital legal skills and is based on the idea of their personal self-determination in the legal sphere.
