Scientific principles and approaches to provision of ecological and industrial safety during using the lubricating cooling fluids. Principles of analysis and estimation of technological processes with application of lubricating cooling fluids with using of safety index, principles and strategy of reduction the negative impact of lubricating cooling fluids are described. New method of estimation the characteristic of lubricating cooling fluids by toxicity indexes is suggested.
