Special features of cadets’ disciplinary sanctions at law enforcement educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article was prepared for the 60 th anniversary of Vladimir Ivanovich Mayorov. We have studied a great number of materials by Professor V. Mayorov as well as his contribution to the one of higher priority directions of the state policy of the Russian Federation, namely the road safety. It has been revealed that thanks to V. Mayorov the conceptual apparatus on traffic legal regulations has been developed. The administrative legislature on road safety has been improved.
