Award and execution of a criminal penalty in the form of deprivation of liberty concerning the under-age (end of the 19th- early 20th centuries)

The development of institutions of award and execution of criminal penalties in relation to the under-age in the late 19th and early 20th centuries has been studied. The legal basis of the administration of a criminal penalty concerning the under-age has been considered. The description of the educational and correctional institutions for juveniles existed in the Russian Empire has been given.
