Appointment and manufacture of judicial examination in a stage of excitation of criminal case

The article is devoted to the problems of appointment and manufacture of judicial examination in a stage of excitation of criminal case. In particular, the author considers the norms fixed in Chapters 20, 21, 24 and 27 Criminally-remedial codes of the Russian Federation, and speaks about necessity to add separate articles of these heads, the positions providing the bases for obligatory appointment and manufacture of judicial examination before excitation of criminal case.
