Collective neighbourly help denominations in the Russian countryside: a motivational analysis

The article offers analysis results of Russian dialectal denominations for a phenomenon of rural everyday life, i.e. collective help, revealing that the aforementioned denominations derive from the words denoting help, convening, plurality, unity, and reciprocal help with work along with various household activities denominations. The author characterizes the notion in question with reference to the semes, relevant to the Russian linguistic consciousness.
