Not only by bread?.. Some results of the agrarian policy in Russia

In the article the author has positioned food security as an essential component of national security, which determines the state's ability to provide not only its economic but also political independence. The position is substantiated that rethinking of the experience in implementing agrarian policy in Russia in the last decade, as well as using the experience of foreign countries should help the development of adaptation algorithm of the Russian state agrarian policy.
