The author examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal technique of the legislation on shared construction. Particular attention is paid to the transitional provisions of the Federal Law of July 1, 2018 No. 175-FZ. Provides a comparative table of individual legal norms and explanations to them of the federal executive body. Indicates the main directions of improvement of legislation on shared construction, specified in the relevant draft law. It comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to apply scientifically based principles, methods, means and methods of legal techniques in lawmaking.
