Informal institutions and modernization of the agricultural sector: bipolar dimension of culture

Тhe problems of social and economic modernization, informal institutions of the agricultural sector in the region. The analysis techniques to study the relationship of organizational behavior and culture, used in world practice. On materials of the agricultural sector in the region with the use of bipolar measurement techniques studied parameters of the current organizational culture, which is a resource for social capital formation, influence the formation of organizational climate, reflecting the feelings and perceptions of the staff situation. With the use of specific research tools we evaluated in aggregates informal institutions and the progress of modernization processes in the industrial sector of agriculture in the region. Work provides guidance to the business community, municipal and regional governments to regulate the processes of institutional development, the reduction of transaction costs.
