Informal means of communication of political leaders in the modern Russia

In the information society the political communication is one of the most important means the political leaders use to influence their followers. The changes occurring in the contemporary world determine deemphasis of the traditional channels for communication of the leaders and the society, and emergence and development of the new forms of relations, which are often informal in the modern Russia.
