Negative aspects of the sociocultural transformation in the information society

The article researches objective and subjective sources of the key threats caused by the informational and technological transformation of the society in social and cultural spheres. The author substantiates the significance of the ethic responsibility of the information and communication technologies’ developers, and the necessity of the complex approach to the risk management in sociocultural transformation of the society by free, comprehensive dialogue between government, people and academic community.
