Non-state expertise – law and realities

This article is devoted to questions of non-state examination of project documentation and results of engineering researches, as to alternative state. It is new institute in our legislation which should start to work since April 1st, 2012. However, in practice, has just begun phase of development of this market. In article problems, risks and prospects of institute of non-state examination are viewed.
