Non-Hodjkin's lymphomas (NHL) are rarely observed in combination with other malignancies, they occur more frequently as metachronic polyneoplasia in the age group of 60-69 years. In most cases, NHL is detected as the second or third malignancy. Long-term treatment results of synchronous malignant tumors are significantly worse than those of metachronic malignances.
