Non-invasive method of examination of functional condition of cardiovascular and respirotary systems of patients with injuries and degenerative spine diseases

The using of a method of persistent and non-invasive spiroarteriocardiorythmography (with SACR apparatus) is offered to valuate functional sufficiency of cardiovascular and respiratory sistems of patients with injuries and illnesses of the spine. 55 physiotherapy-evidenced patients in CCH №10 and 34 patients needed operative treatment in CCH №19 and №67 were examined. Results obtained demonstrate method provides objective checkup of patients functional status during medical, up to and postoperative measures. The data of dynamic examinations shall help the physician to choose the most adequate treatment in each case considering the functional status of the main body systems, shall give the possibility of preparing of the patient to the planned operations and to appoint the individual rehabilitation program.
