For the first time the letter written by P.A. Kropotkin to Transbaikalian statistical committe is published. The letter was dated on 13.07.1865. The author of the letter agrees to cooperate with the committee. The letter’s text is compared with P.A. Kropotkin’s diary. The letter and diary reflect P.A. Kropotkin’s service in the Eastern Siberia.
