The article analyzes the role of "non-ethnic Muslims" in radicalization of Islam in the case of socio-political situation in the states of Europe and Russia. The dynamics of Islamic radicalization is shown on the examples of extremist (terrorist) crimes committed by non-ethnic Muslims. "European Muslims" contrast religious and national features with the values of modern Europe, using the rights and freedoms of European citizens. Common reasons for adoption of Islam by Russians and Europeans are family-marriage relations, worldview choice, economic benefits, coercion. We reveal the features of Europeans’ islamization, such as development of an individual position and integration of Muslims into the European community. The current social situation in European and Russian society and intra-confessional attitude towards "non-ethnic Muslims" are presented as prerequisites for illegal activity of the last.
