Neurohumoral mechanisms of heart failure against the background of metabolic associated fatty liver disease

Over the past 50 years, 3 main concepts of the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure have been developed: edematous model (cardiorenal); cardiocirculatory and neurohumoral. Each concept corresponded to a certain stage in understanding the nature of the disease and found expression in approaches to the treatment of patients with this severe pathology. The addition of a metabolically conditioned background and fatty liver dystrophy to these pathologies exacerbates the process.
