Neural networks in medicine: modern approaches and perspectives

The article deals with the possibilities of application of artificial neural networks in medicine, including diagnostics, disease forecasting and development of new treatment methods. Special attention is paid to neural network architectures such as YOLO, U-Net and ResNet, their role in medical image analysis and data interpretation. The advantages of using large amounts of data to train the networks are emphasized, providing high accuracy and speed of information processing. The paper illustrates the contribution of AI to improving the quality of medical care and emphasizes the prospects for further development of this field.
