Concept and essence of bribery

The article is devoted to current theoretical issues of criminal-legal characteristics of a bribe as a subject of a crime. The concept and essence of a bribe and bribery in general are defined. Particular attention is paid to various approaches to defining a bribe in scientific literature and legal acts. The problem of ineffective fight against bribery is also defined.
