Currently, neural networks are actively used, not only for modern diagnosis and prevention of diseases in geriatrics, psychiatry and neurology, and most importantly - in the application of new methods of neuromodulation in combination therapy (medication, non-pharmacological, etc.) in clinical geriatrics. Neurocognitive actions of sex hormones are carried out in the interaction of neural networks with the cognitive and visceral brain, for neuronet control and multifunctional management, including the balance between their levels, as well as the age and gender of the person. The neuronal action of sex hormones is one of the well-defined pathogenetic factors of Alzheimer’s disease and may represent a hope to understand the neurobiology and neurobiophysics of sexual and age-related variability in predisposition to neurodegenerative diseases. Alzheimer’s disease is a heterogeneous disorder with many variants and a wide variety of manifestations that results from the interaction of many etiological factors, including genetic, epigenetic, environmental and life factors...
