Neutralization of risks from the use of alternative energy sources

This article is devoted to the problems of risk management using alternative, inexhaustible and / or operational renewable energy sources. Of course, alternative energy for the global economy is a vital necessity in modern conditions of increasing energy dependence of activity, but at the same time it is a source of significant risks. In this regard, it is important to identify and summarize the key risks associated with the use of conditionally inexhaustible and renewable energy sources - solar radiation, wind power, tidal energy, as well as energy generation during biomass processing. The author proposes a system of neutralization measures for the key risks of using alternative energy sources. This takes into account the special economic and physical-geographical conditions of Russia for alternative energy. As an additional scientific result, we propose a structure for a blitz-risk assessment of the use of alternative energy sources with the possibility of calculating aggregated indicators that justify decisions on the choice of additional energy sources. The obtained assessment results are also aimed at substantiating investments in alternative energy. New incentives are emerging to diversify the energy sector and reduce the level of information uncertainty when making decisions in this area. The main emphasis must be placed on environmental risks.
