Nongovernmental organizations of the regions of Russia as a subject of public diplomacy

This article is devoted to the analysis of the participation of nongovernmental organizations from Russian regions in the implementation of public diplomacy projects, as well as the analysis of the state support infrastructure for these initiatives. Drawing on the work of Russian authors on public diplomacy, the author concludes that the research community ignores the factor of regional NGOs as subjects of public diplomacy.
