The article presents a comparative-legal analysis of administrative responsibility in regard to the registration of citizens of the Russian Federation at their place of stay or on their residence in a dwelling premise and the provisions of Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations and the Draft Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations № 957581- 6, which is under discussion in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
