On the biological faculty of the Samara state university researches of the physiological mechanism of breath at mycelium Pleurotus ostreatus were carried out. Researched mycelium during escalating a biomass was exposed to the directed biological influence with the purpose of optimization in the common biomass, relative amount of cells mycelium special physiological specialization. It has in turn generated in sowing culture mycelium extremely high parameters of functionality of fruit generation, and also intensified gas exchange and has revealed unusual functions of the breathing mechanism.
