Some aspects of the formation of a comprehensive criminalistic approach to overcoming counteraction to the investigation of crimes related to illegal arms trafficking

Introduction: the article makes an attempt to form a complex forensic method of overcoming counteractions to the investigation of crimes related to illicit arms trafficking. Given the increased public danger of this type of crimes at the present stage, the author has made conclusions about the relevance of the direction of law enforcement agencies. The authors have developed scientific recommendations for practical determination of signs of counter - investigation of crimes in this field, that appear on the initial and subsequent stages, as well as for detection of the typical ways of fixation of such signs. Methods and materials: normative basis of the study is formed by criminal and criminal procedural legislation, other federal laws and subordinate regulatory legal acts, as well as statistical data on the state of crime, summarized by the Federal State Statistics Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In preparing a scientific article were used both general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison, description) and special methods of legal science (formal - legal and historical - legal). The Results of the Study: allowed to form a comprehensive forensic approach to the implementation of measures to overcome counteraction to the investigation of crimes related to trafficking in weapons. The proposed approach is based on the tactics of various investigative actions, operative - investigative measures and the use of special knowledge in conditions of the specified counteraction. Findings and Conclusions: in order to overcome counteraction to the investigation of crimes in the field of illicit arms trafficking, a set of procedural and non - procedural measures aimed at the disclosure and leveling of the signs of the considered counteraction should be used.
