Some aspects and specifics of the concession agreement object

Definition of the concession agreement appeared for the first time in the modern Russian legislation in the Federal Law dated July 21, 2005 № 115-ФЗ "On concession agreements". The authors have analysed the regulatory framework of the concession agreements to establish if the current legislation of foreign countries includes interpretations of the concession agreement as an administrative contract, as well as to define and describe an object of the concession agreement.
