Some aspects of the history of Kyrgyz-Uzbek interethnic relations in the chronological period 1990-2010

In the article, the author raises topical issues of the history of the development of Kyrgyz-Uzbek interethnic relations from 1990 to 2010. The influence of the Kyrgyz and Uzbek authorities on the settlement of interethnic conflicts that occurred in the south of Kyrgyzstan in 1990 and 2010. In addition, an analysis of the national policy of Kyrgyzstan is carried out in the context of Kyrgyz-Uzbek relations. How did the management of the presidents of the two states affect the strengthening of friendly and good neighborly relations, the pros and cons of the ethnic policy of the two states., through the prism of domestic and foreign media. The author of the article also analyzed the works of domestic scientists who studied the history of interethnic relations in Kyrgyzstan, as well as reports from international organizations, archival materials and official documents.
