On the basis of an X-ray photography clinical analysis of seventy-four clinical observations of the operative treatment of the femur poly-fragmentation fractures, the possibilities of different variants of their osteosynthesis, regarded in the light of the optimum of the femur poly-fragmentation fractures consolidation, are being compared. The most preferable is a combined osteosynthesis.
