Some aspects of international cooperation in the fight against transnational crime

The article discusses the principles of fight against crime, recognized by international community. The role of the UN in the fight against transnational organized crime is noted. The statements of the international regulatory acts in countering transnational crime, as well as the current state of international crime are examined. The author notes the dynamics of commission of a crime in information technology and crimes using personal data. The key factors contributing to transnational organized crime are identified.
