In the city of Samara on faculty of biochemistry of the state university a process of climatic biological air-conditioning of the homogeneous and optimized nutrient medium for unsterile cultivating A. bisporus is lead. After the third wave of fructification A. bisporus from the received biomass substrate has been allocated active symbiotic microbocenoses. Researches of influence of this microbic symbiosis, and as it metabolites, on parameters of fruit generation mycelium edible fungi P. ostreatus and A. bisporus, and also on development of such agricultural crops, as Capsicum annuum, Triticum aestivum and Solanum lycopersicum are carried out
