This article discusses some aspects of the informal relations between the customs authorities and customs agents. Author investigates the coercive practices of customs agents to the acts that benefit the customs authorities and contradict to the legitimate interests of the represented persons. It gives proposals to drive these illegal relations out of the customs sphere.
