Some aspects of rendering healthcare services having scale public effects

The article discusses the issues of reforming the healthcare system in Russia, analyzes statistical data for the period 2015-2018 and compares it with 2010 indicators. The main aspects of healthcare services that affect public safety and have social consequences are identified. A centralized system of conducting immunoprophylactic measures for the population is proposed, which will increase the safety of society and the quality of health services.
