Some aspects of the assumption of innocence in criminal procedure

The article deals with the substantiation of the necessity of clarification within certain provisions of the assumption of innocence in the current Russian legislation and case materials. The author comes to the conclusion that there arises the issue of the implementation of the assumption of innocence under the condition of the termination of a criminal case in the connection with the death of an alleged criminal.
