The article presents the geographical attractiveness of the Issyk-Kul region, the main natural tourism resources and products, and also provides an analysis of the development of the tourism sector in the region for 2019-2023 and considers some regulatory aspects of regulating the development of the tourism sector in the region and provides key conclusions on the regulation of the tourism sector.
