Some aspects of regulation of cadastral activities in the context of the ongoing reform system of state registration and cadastre

The article analyzes the planned changes of legislative regulation of cadastral engineers in the Russian Federation in connection with the implementation of a comprehensive reform of state registration of rights, state cadastral registration and cadastral activities. The expediency of the organization of cadastral activity with mandatory membership cadastral engineers in their respective self-regulatory organizations. According to the author, in the field of cadastre law should establish only one national association of self-regulating organizations of cadastral engineers - the National Chamber.
