Some aspects of scientific and technical activity result management at the open joint stock company "Scientific research institute physical measurements"

The paper deals with scientific and technical activity result (STAR) management procedures at the R&D production enterprise. We discuss the main tools for realizing strategic plans of outputting competitive products and providing fast internal commercialization of intellectual property objects (IPO), i.e. principles of STAR patent legal protection planning and IPO authors and innovators stimulating. We introduce our enterprise local normative acts for providing STAR management. STAR management results are shown.
