Some aspects in the development of the management system of the health economy

Economics in healthcare in a private medical organization is considered. Which has a positive effect on the development of commercialization of healthcare, and are manifested in the large-scale development of paid medical services for the population. The medical insurance system, in turn, is actively developing, and this has led to a global change in the economic situation of private medical organizations, as well as, among other things, to a change in their nature of all economic relations of healthcare and sociality, and a change in their status on the market, which are developed in the course of the work of private medical organizations, increasingly forced to work on a commercial basis with the principles of self-sufficiency. We will also consider in the field of health economics, named in commercial medical organizations, some aspects of their problems in development.
