Some discussion questions about the legal relations in the theory of state and law and legal relations in the land law

Purpose: The article deals with the definition of the legal relationship based on the theory of law as a methodology of jurisprudence, and definitions used in the field of land law. Attention is paid to one of the elements of the legal relationship as an object, namely the object of land relations. Particularly relevant was the question in connection with the recent changes in land laws. Methodology: The world and theoretical outlook of researchers supports hermeneutic approach and the legalistic method is used. Results: Topical debatable issues from area of legal relationship are considered. Vision of a problem by modern researchers taking into account changes in the legislation is generalized; special attention is focused on internal contradictions. Novelty/originality/value: Аuthors’ opinion is based on the fact that for the management of land law, should be considered in view of civil, environmental and administrative law.
