Certain legal aspects of the regulation of reproductive human rights

Introduction: the article discusses the system of reproductive human rights. The provisions of international and Russian legislation are analyzed. Materials and Methods: the research material is regulatory acts in reproductive human rights. The research is based on a combination of natural science methods with analytical and synthetic approaches to the study of human reproductive rights. Results: the study of the articles of the Federal Legislation of the Russian Federation leads to the conclusion about the fragmentary consolidation of guarantees for the exercise of reproductive human rights. Discussion and Conclusions: based on the discussion changes, the author suggests some possible vector adjustments of doctrinal acts.
