Some constitutional and financial aspects of federal relations in the Russian Federation

The article reviews the issues of the constitutional separation of powers between the federation and its subjects, and the problems of their financial maintenance. The author couches the downsides of the constitutional regulation of federal relations, and clears up the main principles of federalism in Russia, emphasizing economic guarantees of federal relations, and coming to the conclusion that further developing of separation budget authorities in the Russian Federation are required.
