Some areas of improvement of the currency control system through the customs authorities

The customs authorities act as the currency control bodies of the Russian Federation, and are also called upon to protect the economic interests of the Russian Federation in terms of suppressing and detecting violations related to the illegal movement of currency and other currency offenses. This article examines the main results of improving the system of currency control and currency regulation in recent years, and also presents the vectors of development of currency legislation, including those related to the activities of the customs service of the Russian Federation.
