Some features of activities of the lawyer representative for affairs about the road accidents in civil legal proceedings

Purpose: Consideration of some features of activities of the lawyer representative for cases of road accident in civil legal proceedings. Methodology: The author used a legallistic method and a method of the included observation. Results: In article the policy strokes based on normative legal acts and the analysis of materials of court practice which the lawyer representative should apply with his participation in hearing of cases about road accident in civil legal proceedings are considered. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific and practical value as represents results of author’s generalization on some problematic issues of lawyer activity.
