Some features of evidence and competence of the court in cases of contesting the results of determining the cadastral value

The article discusses issues related to the features of the evidentiary process in cases of challenging the results of determining the cadastral value. The competence of the court in resolving these disputes is analyzed. Controversial situations in practice and the approaches of courts in resolving them have been identified. Based on the examples, conclusions are formulated about trends and patterns in the evidentiary process in cases of the analyzed category.
