Some peculiarities of the criminalistic characterization of the rehabilitation of Nazism

The article draws attention to the lack of legislative fixation of the concept of "Nazism", the views of legal science on this concept are noted. The statistics indicating the increase in the facts of rehabilitation of Nazism is given, which actualizes the need of practical bodies in criminalistic recommendations for the detection and investigation of crimes of this type. The necessity of the subject study of their criminalistic characterization is argued, the list of its main elements is given, their description is given with reference to the results of the conducted research. The conclusions of the authors who considered these aspects in their works are taken into account. Among the key elements analyzed are: the identity of the perpetrator and motive for committing the crime, the object, method, setting, instruments and means, traces of the crime. Characteristic examples from Nazi rehabilitation convictions are examined.
