Some peculiarities of the project of proof on criminal cases at investigation of a travel on a pedestrian

The features of subject in proof in the investigation of a collision with a pedestrian, which established by CCP RF are described in the article. The circumstances, that must be installed on this type of case, are established. The author analyzes the sentences in criminal cases involving collisions with pedestrians, conclusions about the problems and shortcomings of the law enforcement practice. The recommendations to address the problems identified.
