Some features of the bankruptcy procedure for legal entities. This paper discusses innovations in the legislation aimed at improving and simplifying the bankruptcy procedure. Previously, the rescue of business in Russia was zero. Creditors did not receive funds in 70% of cases, no more than 2% of enterprises that started bankruptcy proceedings restored their solvency. For nine years, the number of bankruptcies has almost doubled, according to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation [1]. According to the legislator, the amendments made will make bankruptcy more civilized and help save businesses without cutting jobs and destroying enterprises.
