Certain features of verifying a traffic offence

Despite the unprecedented measures taken by the state to improve the security of road users, violations of traffic rules with grave consequences still often continue to occur. The investigation of them has its own special specifics. The article presents some results of scientific and forensic research and practical recommendations developed on their basis for preliminary verification of reports of crimes under Art. 264 of the Criminal Code.
